Nice pics. I like the "above average" training. Gaping the door with the axe, taking windows from above, and working the Cleveland Load, seems simple to some guys, but for others it's light years beyond their cranial capacity. Awesome.
Thanks Bro... I should've put in a pic of our homemade "high rise" nozzle(the bent tube/nozzle ala' FDNY and wind driven fire stuff.) The Lt. on my shift spent his own money and had a weld/fab shop make us up one... Its nice trying out some of these ideas and seeing what the hype is all about... Plus most guys havent done it before so they usually have some interesting commentary. We've got some vacant dorms, houses and low rises coming up that the University is tearing down and Im really hopin' to get some GOOD drills in.
