Recently I was humbled (been happening a lot lately) when I spoke with a fireman from Colorado named Brian Brush. We got to talking shop and before I knew it I was in the middle of a series of articles he's been working on for the Fire Service Warrior website. I'm still not quite sure how I weaseled my way into it, but last week I had an article posted up about search. It is called "Search: Practicalities or Problems?" Hopefully some people will check it out and let me know what they think. I got a few nice comments and it really made my day to know that there are others out there doing or thinking the same thing I am. The guys at FSW are really doing a great job of breaking this job down and diving deeper into the mindset of what we do and why we do it. Please check 'em out!
